We provide a number of support services in order for you as the customer to have as efficient security system as possible and to support when things don’t go according to plan.
Engineer and Support Services
- Site / Coverage Survey
- System Consultancy and Design
- Installation / De-install
- On-Site Support – we can provide user manuals or optional on-site training from our fully qualified engineers.
- Telephone Support – 24 hour / 7 days a week dedicated account executive on the end of the phone should you need them.
- Emergency Box – this box remains sealed until it is needed and is free of charge unless it is opened. It contains spare hire radios, batteries and any extra equipment you may need.
Equipment Management
These measures are taken to ensure that there is minimum loss or damage.
This service is completely optional – if you would prefer to manage your radios yourself we are happy for you to do so.
- Signing in and out service of radios and equipment.
- Labelling/colour coding
- Barcode scanning
Licensing and Radio Programming
- Hire Frequencies (supplied as standard)
- Your own frequencies
- Apply for a short/long term licence from OFCOM on your behalf
