Among other radio software that the Wall to Wall team can supply, Trackitt is a data and voice* despatcher software application solution that offers a unique and cost effective way to provide real-time and historic location tracking and messaging functionality. The system works with analogue and digital two-way handheld and mobile radio devices. As a remote-hosted solution, any number of operators can use the system at the same time and from any place with Internet access.
Trackitt can also be hosted locally. If you insist on having a standalone system based on your own servers, that is not a problem at all, we can work round that.

The good news is that our team has finally managed to bring you this universal software solution that supports multiple radio manufacturers and other GPS enabled devices. Wall to Wall Radio Communications can offer enhanced control (from a PC or MAC computer) for Hytera, Tait, Simoco and Motorola MOTOTRBO radio systems along with mobile phones including BlackBerry and Android handsets, as well as other GPS enabled devices like "MAMBO type" personal trackers.

TRACKING

Simple to use Geographic Information System

GPS enabled devices are able to report their locations to Trackitt and be plotted on a high quality map display with zoom in/out functionality. Device locations are displayed live, and historically using easy to follow "snail trails".

Easy to Access Historical Data

All data is retained indefinitely and can be called up at the click of a mouse. Reports can be generated and exported into spreadsheet format.

Text messages can provide a quick, concise and unambiguous way of sending information and / or instructions.

LONE WORKER

Lone Worker Monitoring

Nowadays, health and safety legislation relating to Lone Worker protection and supervision has become essential. With that in mind, Trackitt makes it easier for you to comply with these regulations, because you will know in real-time where your tracked devices are and have been, as well as their current and previous status and speed.

Proactive - Being on Top of the Situation

Giving your supervisors immediate access to both real-time and historic data enables them to be more effective in their management, potentially forestalling dangerous situations before they occur. This enables aid to be sent quickly and efficiently if required.

Safety Alarms - Status and Staff Notifications

Setting a regular check-in time in Trackitt will alert your lone workers just before the time elapses, to remind them to radio in or key up, so reducing false alarms. You can even check radio statuses, meaning you can quickly find out which radios are on or off.

Man Down - Reacting to an Emergency Alert

Many devices support a Man Down feature, whether by panic button or tilt switch, which sends an alert to the controller. However, Trackitt doesn't just flash a warning on your screen. Using event actions, you can trigger the sending of messages to single or multiple recipients, so alerting other supervisors or even other local devices in order that they can assist.


ALARM HANDLING

Alarm Handling, Telemetry and System Integration

This powerful Trackitt feature allows operators to create flexible alerts based on system events, sometimes called a rule. When triggered, a rule can check against any number of criteria and if successful, it can run one or more actions. The triggers range from a location update to a PTT, with criteria from location to speed and many more features.

VOICE

Voice Recording

Following a serious incident, voice recordings can be a very valuable and important tool to analyse past events.
Trackitt offers a unique facility to automatically send voice records, as they happen, to a secure and managed data centre. Therefore, the recordings are available no matter how serious the incident and are secure from accidental or intentional interference.
